SABOTEN sharpener. Keep your scissors sharp with the SABOTEN PT-8 tungsten sharpener.

This handy little unit is portable and fits in your pocket or tool bag. It can be used to sharpen a wide variety of blades. Use it to sharpen pruning shears, secateurs and kitchen knives.

The SABOTEN sharpener has a small tungsten carbide block at one end for sharpening and a sponge-tipped applicator at the base of the unit to condition and oil the blades.

To sharpen blades: place the edge of the tungsten carbide block of the SABOTEN sharpener against the blade to be sharpened. Slide the sharpener back and forth along the length of the blade.

For rust prevention and blade conditioning: unscrew the lower red part of the sharpener to reveal the sponge tip. Apply a small amount of oil to the sponge tip, then apply oil to the desired blade(s).
