The all stainless steel design, materials and finish are suitable for manufacturers who have to meet the most demanding cGMP requirements .
It complies with EC 2023/2006, EC 1935/2004 Good Manufacturing Practice for the manufacture of food contact materials and EC Directives 2006/42 / EC and 2014/30 / EU.
All parts of the trimmer through which the product passes or comes into contact are made entirely of stainless steel. This is also the material used for other parts such as the top lid, handles and screws, etc. All parts are certified for food use.
The large size of the 304 stainless steel drum prevents the flowers from accumulating and dragging, preserving their quality.The tempered steel blade with food-safe and non-stick treatment and the 11-blade coil, capable of generating 320 cuts per second, also contribute to maintaining the quality of the flowers. The static blade and continuously rotating coil guarantee a clean cut equal to the quality of a manual cut.
The design allows fresh and dry trimming by simply changing the tumbler. This can be done in seconds and without the need for tools. The MT Tumbler 500 MED includes the necessary tumbler to process the fresh product by default.
The machine requires a vacuum cleaner, which is not included, so we have 2 options: the"STANDARD LEAF COLLECTOR" and the"TRIM FILTER".
Safety system
The MT Tumbler 500 MED has a safety system that guarantees the protection of the operator at all times. The design includes double safety detectors: on the top lid and on the side lid. The integrated detectors force the machine to come to a complete stop if the Tumbler is opened during its operation, preventing a possible work injury due to improper use.
The cannabis trimmer also includes an emergency stop located at the top for rapid machine shutdown.
Water resistant
Basic maintenance of the trimmer takes a maximum of 10 minutes without the need for tools. All parts of the MT Tumbler 500 MED are water resistant. Therefore, complete cleaning of the machine with pressurised hot water can be carried out in complete peace of mind followed by subsequent disinfection with Master Clean in its entirety.
Complete system
Due to its mechanical characteristics, the MT Tumbler 500 MED achieves great speed, performing the equivalent work of 40 operators. The trimmer is also designed to be combined in tandem with another machine of the same model, increasing production, preserving quality for medicinal use and maintaining safety for licensed cannabis producers.
It is essential to purchase the rails in order to give the desired tilt to the tandem. Depending on the conditions and qualities of the product to be processed, the rails may give more or less tilt to the tandem.
