MASTER PRODUCTS - BUCKER 200 DESTIMER

Master Bucker 200 is a destemmer that offers an output of 55 kg/h, equivalent to the work of 12 people. It can process both wet and dry plant matter. Thanks to its speed control, the shape and size of the flowers can be preserved.

Designed for large productions, it is equipped with a powerful motor and rollers capable of destimming branches of any diameter. It avoids complications with less powerful debudders.

With operator comfort in mind, Master Bucker can be tilted for standing or sitting work and is designed for the addition of conveyor belts. In addition, its wheels allow the machine to be easily moved anywhere.

Even basic maintenance will not be a problem: Master Bucker is easily dismountable
and its basic maintenance will only take 10 minutes.

How to use the Bucker 200 Master Products:

The MT Bucker can work with both dry and wet flowers. Select the inlet design you need to work with, depending on variety and moisture level. Supplied with 3 inlet designs; round, tubular and star.

Cleaning the bottom of the branches will make it easier for the branches to enter the holes. We recommend making a 45º cut at the bottom of the branch to facilitate entry between the 2 rollers. Install the machine on a flat surface and tilt it according to the height of the operator.Switch the machine on with the power switch. Take a branch and insert it into the hole that best fits the size of the stem. When you insert the product through the slot, you will notice that it sucks up the branch and the flowers will fall into the flower container.

With the speed regulator, you will be able to slow down to gently bloom dry flowers without damaging them, or speed up to bloom freshly picked flowers
