It sorts flowers by size. With over 2 metres of sorting area, 9 sorting belts and the ability to sort in more than 7 sizes, the Master Sorter 500 is the most versatile machine in the industry.
It is fully customisable, offering the capacity to sort from 2 to 7 different formats, starting from 4 mm and going up to 40 mm, plus the last output for the largest formats.
ADJUSTABLE FOR EVERY SIZE
All this is achieved in seconds and without the need for tools, thanks to its magnet system, 9 sorting belts and adjustable bag-holding rods. Therefore, you will be able to completely adapt it to your sorting needs.
The Master Sorter 500 can process up to 90 kg/h of product equivalent to the work of 20 people.

Maintenance
Maintenance of the Master Sorter 500 is quick and easy. Simply remove the removable parts and clean its surface and the belt surface.
Warnings
Protective gloves and goggles must be worn at all times.
Avoid direct contact of hands (or other body parts) with the grill.
Never use metal objects on or insert metal objects into the grill, this includes scissors. Never apply pressure to the grid.
