The Master Sonic 500 Med from Master Products is a washing machine that uses the most advanced ultrasonic technology for total cleaning of your equipment at the touch of a button.
Post-harvest equipment accumulates debris and dirt from processed plants due to intensive use. Cleaning is essential for proper operation and GMP requirements. Adding a Master Sonic 500 to your production line will make cleaning and maintenance tasks much easier and faster, increasing productivity, safety and efficiency.
It can clean any component in less than 5 minutes, compared to the several hours required for manual cleaning. Moreover, it requires only one operator, who can perform other tasks while the Master Sonic 500 does the cleaning in an automated manner, thus achieving maximum performance in the process thanks to its ultrasonic technology.
